I’m Kelly, and I run Simple Smart Support, providing flexible and reliable business support services to small businesses and entrepreneurs who need an experienced extra pair of hands.
With over 25 years of experience, my career began in the finance department at Rentokil and has since evolved to encompass Office Management, Bookkeeping, Personal Assistance and wider business operations. This varied background means I understand how important it is to have the right systems, processes and support in place to keep a business running smoothly.
My areas of expertise lie particularly within the fishing, facilities management and construction industries. As the owner of a carp fishing lake in France, I bring first-hand knowledge and experience of the fishing and tourism sector. I also have many years of experience within construction, facilities management and reactive maintenance, working with both small businesses subcontracting for social housing and larger organisations.
My passion is helping small businesses thrive and grow. My business support services can cover everything from bookkeeping, finance administration and email management to system transitions, payroll support, tenders, procurement and general day-to-day operations.
Every business is different, so the support I provide is flexible. When I’m not helping other businesses, I love walking my Romanian rescue dog, Lola, exploring the beautiful French countryside with my husband and, more recently, running!
